Last weekend we launched phase two of our sought-after development Little Green, located in the charming village of Aston Clinton.

We welcomed a large number of visitors all keen to view our first six released homes. We were delighted to take our first two reservations, and look forward to more reservations over the coming weeks.

Last Saturday at our Magna Gardens development, on the border of Pangbourne, in Purley on Thames, we hosted an open morning for our new residents and potential purchasers. It was a delightful start to the day complete with freshly brewed coffee and a delectable assortment of pastries and cakes from our favourite coffee van, Copper Penny. It was a great opportunity for those interested in joining the Magna Gardens community to look at what this luxury development has to offer, and meet their new neighbours!

There was a buzz in the air last Saturday as Shanly Homes' flagship development, Waterside Quarter hosted its "Summer at the Quarter" event. The sun was shining as residents and the local community came together to enjoy a variety of activities, treats and entertainment in this stunning waterside setting.

Visitors had the opportunity to enjoy free boat rides courtesy of Friends of Maidenhead Waterways, whilst those looking to relax could sit back in deck chairs and take in the ambience with live music playing throughout the afternoon.

Coppa Club set up an outdoor pop-up bar offering refreshing beverages whilst Presto Pizza handed out free slices of their delicious pizzas. The picturesque open space at Little Green made the ideal setting for the residents' first summer social event on Sunday 21st July. With the sun shining, the day was a huge success and an ideal opportunity for the neighbours to get together.
