Who is issuing this document?

This privacy notice is issued on behalf of the Shanly Group, which is comprised of Sorbon Homes Limited, Shanly Homes Limited, Sorbon Estates Limited, Sorbon Investments Limited, Shanly Partnership Homes Limited and all associated, subsidiary, holding, related or connected companies, so when we mention the Shanly Group, "we", "us" or "our" in this privacy statement, we are referring to the relevant company or companies in the Shanly Group responsible for processing your data, acting as joint controllers or processors (as the case may be).

What is the purpose of this document?

We are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about you.

You are being sent a copy of this privacy notice because you are applying for work with us (whether as an employee, worker or contractor). It makes you aware of how and why your personal data will be used, namely for the purposes of the recruitment exercise, and how long it will usually be retained for.
