Shanly Homes have partnered with professional home organisers to offer you a ‘Decluttering Day’ at your current home. Tailored specifically to you, you’ll have an initial video consultation to understand your requirements and how the professional home organisers can help you. A member of their team will then spend a day with you either decluttering a particular room or helping you create a decluttering master plan. The organisers are experienced and empathetic and will help you work out what to keep and what to move on, so you can enjoy your beautiful, new, uncluttered home.

Before your visit

Visit your chosen development and reserve your new home
At the visit speak to our team about Your Home Organiser and choose your perfect new Shanly home.
After reservation
A professional home organiser will contact you to book your video call and to arrange your decluttering day or masterplan appointment.
Once decluttered, you’ll be able to enjoy a stress-free move into your new Shanly home.

Terms and conditions
1. This incentive is only available to customers reserving a Shanly home on specified developments and specified homes.
2. The value of 'Your Home Organiser' will be declared on your reservation form as an incentive.
3. In the event your reservation does not proceed to exchange and completion, the value of ‘Your Home Organiser’ will be deducted from your reservation deposit monies. If only a portion of the 'Decluttering Day' service has taken place (eg., the video call), the deduction from your reservation deposit monies will be proportionate.
4. Shanly Homes reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee.
5. Your Home Organiser scheme may be used alongside other Shanly Homes' incentives and schemes subject to the specific terms and conditions of those incentives and schemes. Speak to a sales consultant for more information.
6. Purchasers must be over 18 years of age.
