Eclectic Barnet

The London Borough of Barnet is a suburban part of North London. The borough was created from parts of the counties of Middlesex and Hertfordshire in 1965. It is the largest London borough in terms of population.

Barnet is very popular with young families as it enjoys easy access to large green open spaces including Beech Hill Lake, and 413 acre Trent Country Park. Barnet is well known for its good schools including Queen Elizabeth Grammar School. 

It also provides an abundance of entertainment and leisure facilities, Saracens professional rugby club call the borough home. Popular Barnet Market has been operating since 1199 and is open daily from 8am to 3pm offering a plethora of fresh produce and goods. Barnet High Street is home to well-known brands, as well as boutique independents, and The Spires shopping centre. 

Transport links are excellent, with the M1, A1 and North Circular all passing through Barnet. There is easy access to the M25 motorway. Barnet Underground Station is the northernmost stop on the Northern Line with direct travel to the West End and The City in approximately thirty minutes.
