Glorious Maidenhead

The heart and soul of Maidenhead, in Berkshire, is the River Thames, which runs north to south just to the east of the town centre. It is a thriving market town with a popular restaurant quarter sitting on the banks of the rejuvenated waterways. There are multiple recreation and sporting sites including Braywick Sports and Recreation Ground, Bray Lake, and Dorney Lake. Braywick Nature Centre is a popular place for dog walks or cycle trails, whilst for those who want to take advantage of the river location, the is Maidenhead Rowing Club.

One of the great attractions of Maidenhead is the easy access to the countryside, with country walks and multiple country pubs easily accessible.

Maidenhead provides excellent transport links with a direct service from Maidenhead Station to Paddington in just 19 minutes. The town is also on the Crossrail Elizabeth line which provides direct trains into the heart of the City.  There is also a direct service to hub station, Reading, which connects to the west country and beyond. Access to the M4 and the M40 couldn't be simpler and local towns include High Wycombe, Slough, Marlow and Windsor, all within or around a 10 mile journey.
