Maidenhead Railway Station is a short walk from your front door and provides regular direct services to London Paddington in as little as 19 minutes, as well a direct service to the heart of the City on the Elizabeth line. By road, Windsor, in all its regal glory, is a short drive away, while the glamour of Henley and Marlow can be reached in just over 15 minutes. If you are looking to travel a little further afield, there are convenient road connections via the M4 and M25, the historic city of Oxford is located 45 minutes along the M40 and, for international travel, Heathrow Airport is just 20 minutes away.

Maidenhead offers a fantastic selection of schooling opportunities with the nearest primary school to Waterside Quarter being St Luke's Church of England which was rated outstanding by Ofsted in July 2023 and is less than half a mile away. Riverside Primary and Nursery School is just over half a mile away and was rated good by Ofsted in July 2023. Independent Highfield Preparatory School has a Pre-school for boys and girls aged 2-4 years, a Pre-prep school for boys and girls aged 3-7 years, and a Prep school for girls aged 7-11. For senior aged children there is Furze Platt Senior School rated good by Ofsted in November 2021, Desborough College rated Good by Ofsted in February 2019, and Newlands Girls' School rated outstanding by Ofsted in October 2018 - all of which are under 2 miles away.
